Possom Hollow

Possom Hollow Trail is located on DD Hwy in Knob Noster State Park. DD Hwy can be accessed from Hwy 13 in Warrensburg or by Hwy 23 in the Knob Noster area. The park entrance to the Possom Hollow trail area is 7.5 miles East of Warrensburg on DD Hwy. You will see the park turn off on the North side of the road. Go straight until you come to the end of the road with two parking lots. The trail head is to the left of the farthest parking lot.

The trail has sweeping curves following along the varied landscape providing a natural feel. Possom Hollow Trail is almost 8 miles in length providing an epic afternoon of trail riding. The park closes at sunset so beware of getting caught on the back side of the trail system as the sun starts to go down. The trail has few "technical" sections but does contain some off-camber, loose rock turns and hills.
