Master Mechanic a.k.a Muscle Man Mike, the true tester of parts.  Not only is he willing to go out and thrash bikes and parts until they break but he knows how to fix them back to perfection.  He is willing to work on anything from mass merchant bikes to top of the line bikes, just to make sure the customer is happy and can ride.  He will do anything to help a customer get back to riding so they can enjoy their bike.  He reads up on everything he can so he knows as much as possible about bikes. When a customer asks a question that he doesn't know the answer to, he will quickly look for a solution and or a way to solve the problem.
